SEAT dealers are committed to satisfied customers, and are happy to make real life customer ratings of our service available to potential customers on the web. We believe in being open and honest in our dealings with customers and are happy to be compared to other SEAT dealers.
The rating here is up to date and based on customers from the last 3 months who have had service work carried out at our dealership. The star rating represents the % of customers who would recommend our services to a friend. All scores are included provided we have a statistically valid sample – at least 15 responses.
The survey scores are run by SEAT UK head office through an independent company.
